H-Town! Yeah Baby! The hometown of celebrities such as Beyonce Knowles, Latoya Luckett, Kelly Rowland, Renee Zellweger, Alexis Bledel, The Duff Sisters (Haylie and Hilary), and Patrik Swayze. Not that we saw any of them (but best believe we were looking). We had such a great time! Especially because we had the best hostesses with the mostesses (say that ten times fast)! The first thing I noticed about Houston (besides the heat) was how flat everything is. There are no mountains or hills, so you can see everything depending on the haze. Especially coming from Syracuse, New York with the Adirondacks in my backyard, it was kind of weird to not of a scene scape off in the distance. The other thing I noticed about Houston was how clean all of the road ways are, especially the highways. But I'm assuming that's because they don't have all the dirty nasty snow that we have. And of course you can't deny EVERYTHING'S BIGGER IN TEXAS. I mean I heard that saying, but ummmm….WOW are they right. I saw a Boarders bookstore the size of Super Walmart. And there was two or three of everything… And in this section I must mention FIESTA'S a Mexican Grocery Store….When we passed it on our way from the airport someone was like, "Oh that's a Salsa Club Right"….Bahhahaha….not at all…I wish I had a picture but just imagine this. A huge building and on the top, big flashing Las Vegas style lights with a huge green pariot with open arms with the word FIESTA'S flashing…It was GREAT!
