Okay so Pappadeux's.... a great resturant above you'll see my Boudin (Boo-Dan). My local advisors told me I should try this since it is a "Texas" thing. I had never heard of it before. Boudin is a dirty rice stuffed sausage. It was really good spicey, but not to hot, with alot of flavor. ($5.98) And it came with white rice, and some authentic Texas Toast (which was also delicious). Someone else got a sea food chowder...OMG roll my eyes in the back of my head it was so good...perfect flavor, not too much salt... I'm gonna right more about Pappadeux later, i gotta find my notes...keep checkin back
